Our Story
Tealeaf was just a kitten when her human, a bookworm from Connecticut, fell in love with a musician from England. She grew up alongside us, witness to all the changes in our lives,
reluctantly tolerating our other pets and causing trouble at every opportunity.
When we made our big move to Colorado, Tealeaf road-tripped along with us, and we all discovered our new home. It's here that we began to visualize a way to get all of our favorite things into one place, a shop where our fellow Manitoids could relax and enjoy excellent music and literature, as well as local art, crafts, and food and beverages.
Tealeaf passed away in 2025, but we remember her feisty calico spirit through our name and logo. Inspiration is found in the little things in life, and that's what we hope you find at
